Established in 1957, GOLDEN ELECTRICAL & MACHINERY CORP. started with trading business selling electrical equipments & supplies locally purchased for household and industrial use under the name GOLDEN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY. As the business grew, the company began to source internationally from the United States, Europe and Japan to meet the requirements and demands of its expanding customer base. Famous brand names imported then include Hitachi, Mitsubishi, Fuji, Togami for insulated wires & cables, electrical motors & controls, water pumps and power tools.
 
Through the years, the company diversified its product lines to include machine tools, industrial/woodworking/sheet metal/agricultural machineries, gardening/welding equipment and water pumps from Taiwan, Thailand and China.
 
In 1996, GOLDEN ELECTRICAL & MACHINERY CORP. was incorporated.
