WCY Architects and Design Development Consultants is a new organization founded on more than 40 years of experience in the design profession. The principal Architects are Architect Willie C. Yu, fuap, and Architect Warren Christopher Yu.

Architect Willie C. Yu has been in active practice after topping the Architecture Board Examinations in mid 70’s and accounts for a large portfolio of completed projects, ranging from Commercial Centers, High Rise Residential and Office Towers to Residential houses as well as Institutional Buildings.

Architect Warren Christopher Yu on the other hand has been exposed and involved in the practice of Architecture since his junior year in the University, and also took up graduate study in Applied Business Economics after 13 years of full time professional practice.

Together with a team of young and experienced professionals driven by strong commitments and sound professional practices, we aim to provide our clients an amalgam of traditional as well as dynamic approaches to all our projects. We believe our living environments can be improved through creative design innovations.

Our broad base of services, range from economic feasibility studies, pre-design programming, conceptual planning to project execution and delivery. Our services can be provided on a specific phase by phase arrangement or in a complete package solution.
