A Group of Lions Club International members, each engaged in diversified industries in Taiwan such as manufacturing, trading and service, put their resources together after having observed the Philippine market. Seeing the potential of the manufacturing industry and with their more than sixteen years of export and domestic experience, the group decided to put up Shun Chang Locks Manufacturing Company concentrating in producing padlocks carrying the brand “ANLOY”. 
With the growing needs in hardware and construction supplies, the company decided to expand into a trading firm in the latter part of 1996, thus putting up Anloy Trading; as a sole distributor, importer and dealer of different kinds of hardware and construction materials. 

In just two years (1998), the trading firm has already penetrated the market in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. With the promising sales tract record and realizing its great potentiality as a new player in the industry, the company decided to expand again and upgrade its business name to Anloy Trading Corporation. And through the help of one of the partners twenty (20) years experience in the Roll-up Door business (Taiwan), the company didn’t have any second thoughts but to include the manufacturing and fabrication of Roll-up Door in its product line. 

In the year 1999, with the excellent track record of the company, another group of Taiwanese investors decided to put up a joint venture with Anloy Trading and to be one of its manufacturing branch in the Philippines specializing in the production of PVC Doors & Moulded Wooden Doors. With its quality made products & prompt delivery the company gained lots of support from its valued customers and local suppliers. 

With the company’s perseverance and long term planning to cater its products to all market sectors in the business industry. Finally, the company decided to open its retail branches / outlets in the different parts of the country. Sometime in August of the year 2000 our first branch in Cebu City was finally established and in a glimpse of an eye. Davao branches also opened, sometime in October of the year 2001, followed by other branches in Luzon provinces like in Laguna (San Pedro), Batangas (Lipa City) and the recently opened branch in Pampanga (Angeles City) & soon to open branches in Bacolod City and Naga City. 

As the year 2003 progresses, our Corporate move continues to reap possible results. We therefore hope that with this great opportunity unveiling before us and may the door of the enterprising people, banking and corporate sector be opened to us.
