Business began on March 16, 2003 under the trade name “RSO General Merchandise” which is located at Door No. 2, Aquino Building, 12th Street, Nazareth, Cagayan de Oro City and Engaged in selling hardware, construction, electrical and industrial supplies.

On June 1, 2014, it opened a branch located at Mortola Building, J.R. Borja Street, Cagayan de Oro City. Sales form the two stores improved and flourished that it needed to have a large area for all the incoming stocks from suppliers. So on July 1, 2005, it started to rent a big warehouse located at Mendoza Street, Puntod, Cagayan de Oro City, to accommodate the said stocks.

With the growth of its business, it also coordinated and supported community, civic and religious activities in promoting moral and physical conditions, uplifting the people in the locality.
