Products & Services

PRODUCT FORMS AND CHARACTERISTICS:

1. BITUMEN – are sometimes referred to as Asphalt used in Roads, for roofing and waterproofing. It is normally produced to certain standards of hardness or softness in a controlled vacuum distillation process.

BITUMEN / ASPHALT 60/70

Type of bitumen used as Asphalt Cement for Road surfaces (Top Coat)

BITUMINUOS TACK COAT - SS-1 – Emulsified Asphalt

Type of bitumen used as Base Preparation for Roads with existing concrete or asphalt cement.

BITUMEN - MC-70 or MC-250– Cutback Asphalt

Type of bitumen used as Base Preparation for Roads with rough surfaces (as in rough roads) – or No existing concrete or no existing asphalt roads.

2. DIESEL FUELS – comes in two broad groups, the higher quality and the lower quality product. Automotive Diesel Oil (ADO) which is the higher quality product are used in high speed car and truck engines; while Industrial Diesel Oil (IDO), the lower quality are used in machine engines or in stationary power plants.

3. BUNKER/FUEL OILS – are largely used in power stations, ships and industry furnaces. Bunker oils are use to power large low speed marine engines and are usually a mixture of inexpensive fuel oils from the residue. Since fuel oils covers a wide range of uses from domestic heating and cooking to industrial heating, market requirements vary enormously from place to place and according to quality specifications. Standards are usually set in terms of viscosity and sulfur content.

4. GASOLINE for Cars and Trucks – These are also known as petrol and form one of the most important refinery products. The final fuel used in transport which the refinery produces is a carefully blended mixture. An important quality of this fuel is the so called anti-knock quality of gasoline which comes with higher octane rates produced in subsequent refining processes.

5. LUBRICATING OILS and WAXES – Lubricating Oils comes from a wide range of products from a very fine fluid lubricant to a heavy viscous oil and grease. These are used to lubricate engines used in transportation and in industries. Waxes, on the other hand, are used for candles, papers, waterproofing, etc.

6. AVIATION and JET FUELS - used for piston and turbine engine aircraft.

7. GAS OIL or KEROSENE – which is sometimes known as paraffin. This is used for central heating and in farm machinery including generator sets.

8. TRUCKS & BUSES, TRAILERS & TANKERS, SPECIAL PURPOSE VEHICLES – Used for transport of goods and services; and people.

9. PLANTS:

Asphalt Batching Plant – used for mixing the dry warm aggregate, padding and asphalt for homogeneous mixture at the required temperature for widely used to the construction of highway, city road and parking lot.

Concrete Batching Plant –  used to combine various ingredients to form Concrete.

Crushing Plant – used for rock crushing, garbage crushing, building and materials crushing.

Hollow Blocks Making Machine – Is equipment that combines various ingredients to form Hallow Blocks that are often used to build large structures like boundary fences.

10. ROAD CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT; MOBILE & TOWER CRANES – These are specially designed for executing construction tasks, most frequently ones involving earthwork operations whether for both large and small scale purposes.
