•   Porcelain Ware

•   Earthenware

•   Stoneware

•   Glassware and

•   Cutlery

 

for both Hotel and Restaurant and Retail Wholesale businesses including department stores and other similar stores.

           

Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 14, 2008 under Company Registration No. CS200817951, Legacy Unlimited, Inc. is authorized to engage in, conduct and carry on the business of buying, selling, distributing, marketing at wholesale and retail basis insofar as may be permitted by law, all kinds of goods, commodities, wares and merchandise of every kind and description; to enter into all kinds of contracts for the export, import, purchase, acquisition, wholesale or retail and other disposition for its own account as principal or in representative capacity as manufacturer’s representative, merchandise broker, commission merchant, factors or agents, upon consignment of all kinds of goods, wares, merchandise or products whether natural or artificial.

 

The members of the Board of Directors of Legacy Unlimited, Inc. are the former executive officers of Noritake Porcelana Mfg., Inc., who were formally permitted by Noritake Co., Limited, Japan, to continue the marketing operation of Noritake products in the Philippines when the manufacturing plant of Noritake Co., Limited of Japan in the Philippines, the Noritake Porcelana Mfg., Inc., ceased its manufacturing operation on September 30, 2008.
