Pre-Construction Termite Control
Soil Treatment - Termite prevention should begin even before your home is constructed. It’s called the pre-construction termite control, a process where the soil is treated before any concrete slab is poured on the ground. This shields your future home from termite damages. In this anti-termite treatment, the soil, building pillars and other joints are treated with high quality termiticide to prevent termite attacks. Pre-construction anti-termite treatment is considered as most effective way to prevent termite invasion in buildings or homes.

Post-Construction Termite Control
Post-Construction Termite Control in buildings that have been attacked by termites is the right step in preventing further damage. The liquid termiticide treatment creates a treated zone around the perimeter of your property. This is achieved by injecting termiticide into the ground at fixed interval and volume to form a liquid barrier between the soil and building structure. The termiticide can be applied under a concrete floor or around the foundations of the building. As termite workers tunnel through treated zones in search of food, they are exposed to the termiticide. The termiticide is not only ingested, but also adheres to their bodies. The affected termites then spread the active ingredient to other termites through physical contact, eventually exterminating the population of the colony.

General Pest Control
Cockroach - Finding a cockroach in your home or business can be very distressing. As known carriers of diseases such as Salmonella, Dysentery & Gastro-enteritis, exposure to this pest also poses significant health risks. Increases in eczema and asthma have even been linked to cockroach droppings.
Cockroaches are very tough insects and their ability to breed rapidly makes professional treatment essential to control any infestation. Only expert products and solutions are powerful enough to eliminate all stages of their lifecycle.
Ant - If you have a large or persistent problem with ant trails or colonies you can rely on us to clear it up.
We offer methods of ant control that are targeted to specific species. We can solve the problem quickly and, needless to say, they’re perfectly safe for your family and pets.
Bed Bug - Most people have never seen a bedbug, and until recently, most people have never had a problem. If you have bed bugs in your house, the only thing on your mind will be getting rid of them as quickly as possible. Bed bugs stay close to a food source, so are found where people tend to rest and sleep, hence the name bed bug. The frustration they can cause is not only due to the emotional stress of dealing with parasites, but also the irritation of their bites and the potential for secondary infection from constant scratching. There has been a recent resurgence of bed bugs in homes biting people at night. It is widely thought that this is related to a global increase in international travel (bed bugs are known to travel in luggage or clothing).
Fly - There are over 120,000 species of flies worldwide. Flies are considered pests because they pose a health risk to humans, pets and livestock. They can infest your home or business and spread diseases like Salmonella and E. coli. A few species may even bite humans and animals. If a small fly problem is left uncontrolled, it has the potential to turn into a serious infestation. Some fly species are able to mature from eggs to adults in just seven to ten days.
Mosquito - Everyone knows how annoying and painful a mosquito can be. Somehow, no matter how many you manage to swat, there always seem to be some that manage to get through to give you a nasty, itchy bite or two. Here are some facts that you might want to know about these nasty little insects:
They can develop from eggs to adults in just six to ten days.
They are found close to still water, where their larvae feed and develop.
They seem to be attracted to dark colors.
Mosquitoes will normally bite you at dawn or dusk – or if you’re unlucky, both. That’s when their internal clocks tell them it's feeding time.
Tic & Flea – These are common problem in homes, especially those with pets. You may discover a problem with tics and fleas even if you do not have pets, if previous owners of your property kept cats or dogs. Fleas may also be carried on other, especially hairy, animals like rabbits, rats, mice and livestock such as pigs. As parasites, the greatest concern about the presence of fleas in your home or business comes from their bites. Although these are not painful, they can result in an uncomfortable itch or rash. Your pets could also develop allergies to flea saliva.

Anti-Termite Reticulation & Replenishment System (ATR S)
The Anti-Termite Reticulation and Replenishment system is an appliance that is designed and installed during the construction stage of the building. The system is also called a replenishment system. A replenishment system allows a termite technician to periodically replenish the system with termiticide without causing any downtime to your facility. The system consists of a perforated pipe network with a special protective membrane to prevent clogging. This system runs along the side of a building either in soil or in most cases under a path with injection points at the end of each pipe segment. It’s ideally installed just before the slab on ground pouring. The main advantage of the system is that there is no need to lift pavers, trench soil, disturb gardens and the need to drill holes into concrete footpaths. This system will save you time and money in the long haul to prevent termite attacks.
