PINAGPALA MANPOWER SERVICES (PMS) was established in the early months of 1983. The idea of creating a Manpower Agency has been attributed to the striking demand for allied services ranging from Janitorial and Clerical pooling to Promotions, Merchandising and Sales, by it's President and Sole Proprietor, Mr. Ildefonso S. Gervasio.
ANSON’s TRADE CENTER in Makati Commercial Complex was our pioneer client which acquired and hired the service of our 96 Personnel. The provision of an efficient services rendered by our well-trained employees has indeed attracted chains of the other big companies to get services from Pinagpala.​
The vision of adopting the international standards of janitorial and institutional services was conceptualized by it's former retired General Manager, Mrs. Imelda R. Gervasio in one of her visits in Japan in 1985. With this vision, nationwide scale operations followed. Growth and progress was sustained by the entire workforce of Pinagpala Manpower Services. Through the years more big companies opted to hire our services.
With the professional experiences of our dedicated PMS Officers and Staff, Pinagpala has acquired valuable contract from other succeeding prominent business firms such as CITIMOTORS, LA GERMANIA, NEOPLATINUM, P.IMES CORP., SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS PHILS. CORP., ST. LUKE’S COLLEGE OF MEDICINE, K.J SPRINGS & PLASTIC TECHNOLOGY INC., VA TECH. (WABAG) PHILS. PANASONIC PRECISION DEVICES PHILS. CORP., and many of which are still availing our services up to the present.
Currently, Pinagpala Manpower Services maintains over a thousand labor force deployed on different clients, not only in the National Capital Region but even in the regions of Visayas and Mindanao. As we continue to maintain the good business relationships with our clients and with our employees as well. We keep it in our minds to continue to provide services at it's best, backed up by competent and experienced personnel with an up to date training and orientations.

3 GREEN PMS LETTERS – Green which symbolizes perseverance, a sense of responsibility and services, a color which symbolizes growth and dedication focusing on positive changes, the letters P which stands for People Oriented, letter M for Management and S for Services.
