Company History and Its Operation

The company started to operate as Puma Spring and Rubber Corporation was owned and manage by Ms. Engracia P. Puma, as a Sole Proprietorship. After more than three decades, were the company have established its position in the industry of Fabrication. As first recognize Sole Proprietorship is now PUMA SPRING AND RUBBER CORPORATION. Main office is at 141 San Rafael Extn. St., Plainview, Mandaluyong City.

The company is strongly determined to lead a more profitable fruition resulting to a new management style system of operation. It has a simple organizational structure, office procedures and policies reflective of a new enterprising industry, but most concerned on work safety and product quality. An open door policy is practiced throughout the company where personnel are encouraged to thresh out their problems to the management.

 
Domestic suppliers importing raw materials from other countries are the company’s partners in the industry. Among its noted suppliers are Artchem Industrial, Rhodeco Rubber Processing Svcs., Seno Metal,Inc., Maric Global Marketing Corp. and Limhuaco Metal Ind’l. Corp. 

At present, PSRC has continually grown and developed because of its excellent operations with our automatic spring-making machine that improve our production capacities, thereby meeting the demands of our clients on time.
