INDEPENDENT CPA REPORT FOR COURT OF TAX APPEALS As an independent CPA firm, we examine the documents to be submitted by the client, in support of their claim for refund or issuance of tax credit certificate of their unutilized Value-Added Tax paid on domestic purchases of taxable goods and services and importation of goods, which purchases are all attributable to zero-rated sales for a specific period of time.
