The Security Link Services, Inc. is headed by the shareholders and supported by a management team, composed of a highly competent, professional and efficient group of leaders. Together they are united in the continual quest to furnish our clients with the best service available, as well as provide our staff with the best care and support. Recruitment of Security Personnel​
Security personnel are the heartbeat of our organization, the SECLINK believes that “A HAPPY GUARD IS A PRODUCTIVE GUARD A CREDIT TO BOTH YOUR ORGANIZATION AND OURS” Our security officers are selected based on each site specifications. In recruiting security personnel, we maintain a high standard and staff are required to meet the following minimum criteria:

All security applicants are required to meet a certain standard in both written and oral English.

The security applicant is required to be in possession of an original valid Philippine identity document.

Employment contracts for potential recruits are only formalized once all clearance has been obtained.

Recruits are expected to meet the company’s standards pertaining to personal health, hygiene, fitness and personal appearance.
The SECLINK adheres to a self-posting policy but carry a compliment of dedicated reserved staff. We ensure that fully trained staff are made available to our clients at all times for relief purposes and for any absenteeism.
The SECLINK wishes to maintain a work environment that fosters personal and professional growth for all employees. Maintaining such an environment is the responsibility of every staff person. To comply with this dictum, SECURITY LINK SERVICES, INC. (SECLINK) has instituted a high standard quality control system, which keeps our performance running at a highly satisfactory level.
HIGH QUALITY ASSURANCE

Security Survey & Planning Prior to Posting
Prior to posting off guards in client’s premises, our security personnel conducted a security survey to pinpoint the vulnerable points of the area. This security assessment then recommends countermeasures to strengthen or eliminate those weak points and improved the present security set-up. In case of physical expansion or renovation of the client’s premises, the same security personnel will conduct a loss prevention survey analysis. The survey report will be submitted to the client with appropriate security recommendations in response to his changing needs.
Work Description in Detail
Before SECLINK assumes responsibility for the premises, Operation Personnel gathers all instruction, policies and procedures the client would want to guard to implement. These are incorporated in the guard’s work description, which is tailored for every special posting assignment. Work descriptions are clearly explained to the guards to ensure full and correct enforcement of all instruction, policies, and procedure.
SECLINK Guards Manual
This manual contains the standard procedures they have to follow to keep them alert and to keep their presence of mind during crisis situation like fire, hold-ups, robbery and pilferage’s, strikes, earthquake, typhoons, floods, accidents, and other emergencies. This manual clearly defines the SECLINK standard of performance by which all guards are expected to conform.
Client Monthly Assessments​
SECLINK provides the client with a monthly assessment form to evaluate the services rendered by our guards. The checklist form is designed for the client’s convenience, relieving him the burden of writing tedious letters. For special concern not included in the checklist, the client is encouraged to comment on them.
SECURITY QUALITY CONTROL

Round the Clock Inspection
To keep our security guards always on the alert, they are inspected on a 24 hours basis by roving officers/quality control inspector equipment with and cell phones on motor vehicles or patrol vehicles.
Response to Emergency Call
The SECLINK 24 hours response team stands ready to be dispatched to respond to a client’s/guard’s emergency call. Two fully equipped guards with communication equipment make up the team. Roving officer/quality control officers are required to respond as augmentation fore in case of emergencies.
Night Hourly Calling Check-up
Guards on night duty are required to call SECLINK operations department every 1 hour. The officer on duty monitors and records the hourly calls of the guards deployed to keep them always on alert.
Reserve Guards
To immediately respond to client’s request for replacement or additional security guards, our HRM Officer a ready full of experienced and well-trained guards.
Monthly meeting with our PIC and Guards
The SECLINK holds monthly meeting attended by all Post in Charge (PIC) and supervisors as a control system to ensure that the objectives of rendering quality services are attained. ASAP expects its people to accomplish every given task in a superior way.
Periodic Security Assessment Visits
The SECLINK operation Staff will visit once a month to continually assess the performance of our guards and find out any changes in policies and procedures for implementation.
Hour Operation
The SECLINK Operations Department operates 24 hours every day, including Sundays and holidays. We can therefore be reached at any time on any day.
RESPONSIBILITY ASSUMPTION
Given the opportunity to handle responsibility for the security and safety of your facilities, the following security measures shall be immediately undertaken before and after guard’s deployment.
1. Before Actual Employment

Preparation of all security guidelines based on security survey.
-
Collation of all existing security policies, rules and regulations including forms to be used covering all security post.
-
Meeting with security manager for the approval of recommended security guidelines based on- site Inspection.
-
Briefing and orientation (Pre-Posting Seminar) of guards on their basic duties and responsibilities based on approved General and Special Orders to include all other related subject on POI.

Actual orientation of selected security officers and SIC’s.
-
Final rank formation and inspection.

Actual deployment.
2. After Posting​
-
Check copy of post by post duties and responsibilities.
-
Check survey report and recommend improvement of systems based on actual observations.

Regular monitor compliance of all post orders, rules and regulations as set forth by clients.

Immediately checks/initiate corrective measures on any/ all deviations on instructions and procedures and instructions.
-
Implement following quality assurance system to further insure strict compliance and efficient performance of guards.

Continuous 24 hours inspection of all guard’s post.

Automatic corrective measures and imposition of corresponding disciplinary action for all violations and infractions.

Maintain 24 hours ready reserve and reaction force. Assure proper maintenance and handling of all security provided equipment.

Conduct monthly or periodic guards/officer performance.
-
Conduct regular (Per Shift) rank formation and inspection and briefing of guards prior to and after relieving.

Implement corrective seminars on erring security personnel. Periodic meeting between client and agency representative.

Twenty-Four (24) hours operation/monitoring.
TRAINING
Training of Security Personnel​
Training is a vital component in ensuring that security personnel are adequately equipped to provide our clients with excellent service levels. At SECLINK we realize the importance of providing our staff with the skills development opportunities they deserve and to this end offer them career enhancement plans to ensure their individual growth.
Our training strategy encompasses the following aspects:

Accredited Training establishment by the PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE.

Our security officers are specifically task trained and undergo constant evaluations by management.

Refresher training is conducted on a regular basis to ensure the company’s prescribed standards of competency is maintained. This also assists in avoiding the comfort zone trap.

Security officers on site can be trained in emergency situations as per your company’s emergency plan and standard operating procedures. Each employee has received full security clearance, and has undergone the required training relevant to the level of certification granted by PNP.
