TORN YANG PHILS. INC. is a 60% Filipino, 40% Taiwanese owned company duly registered and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines and registered with the Securities Exchange and Commission.
The company was established in 1997 under the name of GRACE SYSTEM INT'L CORP. and was changed to TORN YANG PHILS. INC. on November of 1999 with its head office located in Nantou City Taiwan and a branch in the Long-An City Vietnam. The company is engaged in the manufacturing business with specialization / distributor/ importer/ wholesale / products, as follows:
Grace office partitions in various sizes and thickness (manufactured locally or import from Taiwan) ranging from high partitions to low partitions and door partitions. Grace office tables in various sizes, shapes, and finishes (manufactured locally or import from Taiwan) ranging from clerical desk, free standing tables, mountable table tops and counter tops, glass tops, conference tables, training tables, and executive tables. Office cabinets which are imported from Taiwan ranging from laterals, verticals, movable drawers and sliding cabinets. Office chairs (manufactured locally or import from Taiwan) ranging from clerical chairs, staff chairs, and executive chairs, gang chairs.
The company only deals with its carefully selected dealers which as of date has reached the 30 mark active dealers. As we are engaged solely in dealership, all our dealers are required to pick up their orders from our plant.
The company may be considered as a pioneer in the Philippines in this line of business. Its organization is composed of professional managers and highly experienced marketing and technical staff whose expertise were gained and honed through the years.
